Third edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women’s U23 World Championship set to land in Slovenia
The FIVB Age Group World Championships are biennial events, with a total of six age group championships set to be held in 2017.
The first Women’s U23 World Championship took place in 2013 in Mexico, with the third edition set to be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia with 12 teams participating.
Brazil won the 2015 edition by beating hosts Turkey in the final. The Dominican Republic held off Japan to secure bronze.
